If personality was a factor she would win by a landslide. But in the world of ugly dog contests she is quite the underdog. *UPDATE   It was close 51 to 49.  Lucy lost to Kota. Who went on to finish in the finals. If you have to lose it is Ok to lose to the best or in this case worst face! Plus I noticed the last two contenders got a little catty, meow. So much for a fun, friendly contest. . .
